Amen

We are seeking to develop a welcoming presence in the Parish centre during the week. If you are interested in meeting people and enjoy telling them about the church, centre and our work, and can offer half a day per week, Helen would love to hear from you. Please do call into the centre or call the office on 34172 for more information

Time Together – Worship for preschoolers. To everyone who offered help with this new venture, there will be a meeting in church at 9.30am on Tuesday 7th February, to walk through a session, share the vision and then wash and clean the toys. Please let Anita know if you cannot attend.  See you there and thank you.

Brathay Church Hall is offering art lessons, Biking, and Book club and Coffee Mornings as events provided by the church for the benefit and blessing of the whole community. They are advertised in full in the parish magazine and are either at hugely reduced cost or are free to everyone. They are intended as a means of making the church Good News for the parish, and as a first step toward helping people find their way into discovering the Christian faith and entering into the life of the church. Please pray for this new initiative, and for the work of becoming a church that is good news for everyone in Ambleside with Brathay, and maybe go to some of the events yourself.
